We accept returns for the following reasons:
1. If we sent you damaged product or defective due to our error.
2. If we sent you wrong product / different color
Note: While we make every effort to capture our products as accurately as possible in photographs, please be aware that a slight variation of 5-10% may occur due to digital image processing. For a return to be accepted, product should remain in its original condition – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return requests after 7 days of delivery are not accepted.
Initiate the return process by reaching out to us on WhatsApp at 8501025120. Once your return is approved, we will provide you detailed instructions regarding the shipment process and designated return address. Please note that we are unable to accept items returned without prior request. You can dispatch the product after your return request is accepted.
Damages and issues
Before packaging, we meticulously inspect and conduct quality checks on all our products to ensure they are in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving it. Kindly inspect your order upon delivery and promptly get in touch with us if the item is defective or damaged.
Once your return is received, you receive an email of acknowledgement.
Refunds are processed back in the payment method used for transaction.
If you prefer, you have the option to select an alternative product of your choice for exchange.
